A French financial institution contacted Use Design to take up the challenge to create a web application which would replace the paper process. |

We analysed the whole process to specify the way to build an easy-to-use application that helps users and give them more satisfaction than their previous method (paper and office automation softwares). Every aspects had been studied :
navigation, screen organization, colors, font sizes, etc. We finaly
helped the development teams to implement the application in providing
them a complete document to create the interface. |
