Our methodology is user-centered and oriented towards your objectives.
“User-centered” means considering user profile, activities, explicit and latent needs, usage context and brand experience
“Oriented towards your objectives” means respecting technology, marketing and decision-making aspects specific to you
Ideally our methodology consists of 4 principal phases:
1_Context immersion and understanding
2_Creation and conception
3_Prototyping and elaboration
4_Specification and guidance

The project phases are iterative, allowing to validate each step, to move forward or to repeat a step if the result was not satisfactory.
The whole team participates in the conception phase and carries out the project in a controlled and efficient way.
This methodology aims at finding a match between your product/service and your consumers/users.
This means, for instance, adapting the technology to users rather than forcing them to adapt to complex technologies. This guarantees a higher sense of satisfaction and a positive outcome for your business objectives.

We believe that conceiving and implementing interfaces are two different things, especially considering the variety of domains in which we operate. Each of these efforts has to be done by experts. This is why today we do not develop the interfaces we design. Nevertheless, we insist on establishing a dialogue with the development team from the beginning of a project and to assist them during the whole implementation phase.
Each project is special and unique and has its own constraints:
- product/service type;
- user type;
- usage support;
- internal team expertise;
- specification level;
- outsourcing level;
- deployment time;
- budget.
Our methodology needs to be flexible in order to adapt to your needs.

Our co-workers are proud of the new product and we owe it for a large part to Use Design, to your careful listening, to your surprising capacity to grasp the sometimes very special nature of a business.
Client testimony.
